Seth T. Hiland was born in Clermont, Indiana on May 3, 1980. Mr. Hiland attended the University of Notre Dame from which he earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy in 2002. Mr. Hiland received his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Hiland concentrates in corporate and business matters.
