Darcy L. Wood was born in Elmira, New York, on January 19, 1984. Ms. Wood received her B.S., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo in Business Administration in 2006. In 2010, she received her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law. She was admitted to the New York Bar in January 2011. Ms. Wood currently concentrates her practice in real estate, business, and corporate law.
