Alan Parsons was born in Corning, New York, on March 21, 1928, and was admitted to the New York bar in 1956. Mr. Parsons received his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1950 and his LL.B. from Cornell Law School in 1956. Mr. Parsons is a member of the American Bar Association.
